Warehouses, truck lots, industrial yards, building pads, mass grading, utilities and drainage. We run large jobs for GCs, developers and plant owners across Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas with our own operators and machines. Job size & distance
More ground means more machine time, but bigger jobs cost less per acre or per yard because the cost of hauling equipment out is spread over more work. The trip fee goes up past 30 and 60 miles from Paris.

How thick it is
Open pasture with scattered brush goes faster than thick brush or mature timber. Tree size matters too.

Stumps
Leaving stumps cut low, grinding them, or pulling them out for a building pad are very different amounts of work.

Haul-off, burn or shred
Hauling debris off costs more than shredding it in place. Burning depends on local rules and burn bans.

Gates, culverts, soft shoulders, slopes and how close a truck can get all affect the setup.
